We work differently.
We source every component separately — wheels, zips, locks, shells — selecting each one based on how it performs under real travel conditions. Every product is then assembled to our specifications.
What this means for you: Because we buy components directly from specialist suppliers rather than accepting whatever a factory bundles together, you get parts that are individually selected for quality and durability. And because we assemble the final product ourselves rather than buying it ready-made, we cut out a layer of cost — which means better-built gear at a price that remains accessible.
Our 3-Step Quality Check
Component Check
Each part is checked individually before assembly. Wheels are tested for smooth and stable movement. Zips are stress-tested for smooth operation. Locks are checked for proper locking and unlocking. Shells are inspected for structural durability.
What this means for you: Faulty parts are caught before they ever become part of your luggage. You do not discover a stiff zip or a wobbly wheel after your first trip.
Assembly Check
Once assembled, the product is inspected for structural integrity. Handles, hinges, and shell joints are checked. Internal compartments, straps, and dividers are reviewed for fit and finish.
What this means for you: Every part works as it should once put together. Nothing is loose, misaligned, or poorly fitted when it reaches you.
Final Product Check
Every unit is checked again before packing. Shell impact resistance, wheel rotation, lock function, and zip closure are all verified. Only units that pass leave our warehouse.
What this means for you: What you receive has been individually verified — not batch-sampled. Your specific unit passed inspection before it was packed and dispatched to you.

When something goes wrong with your luggage, you need a real answer — not a chatbot or an overseas email chain.
Our Singapore service centre handles warranty repairs and part replacements directly. Minor fixes (e.g. changing wheels, handle or lock of a luggage) are done on the spot within 10 minutes.
Parts replacements are free during the warranty period and $5 after warranty. No runaround, no surprises.
